Our Program
American Classical Ballet Academy has been providing excellent pre-professional instruction in ballet and contemporary dance as well as academics for over 10 years.
Starting August 1, 2025, ACBA will be moving its offerings to the evenings.
This is the most exclusive and highest level of training that we offer. This type of pre-professional training allows our graduates to be able to pursue a career in the professional dance world and are eligible for valuable scholarships at elite college and university dance programs. We also make a commitment to train our ACBA students as teachers during their time with us so that they are equipped to teach upon graduation. This allows them to make a very good living through their college years.
We offer opportunities for our dancers to compete at Universal Ballet Competition and be adjudicated by the best directors and teachers in the professional dance world. In 2024, 5 soloists and 2 ensembles received invitations to Universal Ballet Competition Grand Prix World Finals. Our ensembles placed 2nd and 5th in the World in 2023.
Students who have completed our program have been awarded academic and dance scholarships at colleges and universities including Sam Houston State, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma City University. Some have gone on to dance professionally with ballet companies such as Oklahoma City Ballet and Orlando Ballet. We have even had dancers extended professional contracts with Walt Disney Productions.
Dancers in the ACBA evening program are required to attend ballet class 4 days per week in their required level and attend a technique and rehearsal day on Friday.
